PV Module

Solar panel refers to a panel designed to absorb the sun's rays as a source of energy for generating electricity or heating.

A photovoltaic (in short PV) module is a packaged, connect assembly of typically 6×10 solar cells.

Solar Photovoltaic panels constitute the solar array of a photovoltaic system that generates and supplies solar electricity in commercial and residential applications.

• SPV modules will be warranted for 25 years for 80% power o/p as per MNRE guidelines.

The warranty will not cover any and/or all the failures caused due to the following reasons and shall become null and void on occurrence thereof

• Damage or defect caused by transportation, accident, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper usage, or negligence on the part of the Owner.
• Willful damage or negligence, normal wear and tear, Abuse or misuse of product.
• Damage or defect caused by Force Majeure including fire, earthquake, flood, cyclone or other similar natural disasters
• Damage or defect caused by alteration, modification, conversion not authorized by Contractor in writing
• Repairs carried out by personnel other than contractor’s authorized service providers
• Defects or damages due to any other external means or causes
• Product damage not attributable or caused to Product / Solutions
• The replaced or defective material shall be taken back by Contractor and transportation of the material will be in Customer’s scope
• Parts and components, which are repaired or replaced during such period, are warranted for the original warranty period only and will not carry any extended warranty.

Shipping Charges would be charged extra.
